  2. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
  8. Egg 2
  9. Bread crumbs 1 & 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Preparation For The Chicken Nuggets:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes[1 to 1/4 inch pieces]
  2. In a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, crushed black pepper and salt to the chicken pieces and mix it well
  3. Now add the flour into the bowl and mix it well
  4. Break two eggs to a bowl and beat it well with a fork.
  5. Transfer the bread crumbs to another bowl
  6. Now arrange all the3 bowls side by side, i.e. flour, eggs and bread crumbs
  7. Dredge the chicken pieces in flour and them dip it in egg
  8. Then coat it in bread crumbs. Repeat this for all the chicken nuggets
  9. Gently press down each nugget with your fingers so that the bread crumbs coats it well
  10. Rest them for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan for deep frying

Deep Frying The Nuggets:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan for about 15 minutes at medium flame until the oil becomes hot
  2. Now begin frying the chicken pieces in batches, make sure not to overcrowd the pan
  3. Cook until the chicken nuggets turn golden brown on one side, and then turn them carefully on to the other side in order to cook both the sides
  4. Ensure that both the sides are thoroughly cooked and fried
  5. Carefully remove the chicken nuggets from the oil and transfer it to a plate with tissue paper

Air Frying The Chicken Nuggets:

Place the chicken nuggets into the air fryer basket. Spray them with oil. Air fry them for about b6 to 7 minutes at 400 Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius.

Baking The Chicken Nuggets In The Oven:

Place the chicken nuggets on a prepared tray and spray oil. Bake them for about 2o minutes at 400 Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius, turning the chicken once after 10 minutes.
