Ingredients For Chicken Francese:

  1. Olive oil[for frying] 1/2 cup
  2. Chicken breasts[sliced in half] 4
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  6. Eggs[large] 4
  7. Garlic powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Butte r1/2 cup
  9. All purpose flour 4 tablespoon
  10. White wine 1 cup
  11. Chicken broth 1 cup
  12. Juice of 2 lemons
  13. Chopped parsley for garnishing


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts.
  3. In a bowl add the all purpose flour and garlic powder.
  4. Add eggs in another bowl.
  5. Dredge the chicken first in the flour abd then in the eggs.
  6. Add it to the hot oil and fry it on each side for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden brown and coked throudhout.
  7. Remove and set it aside on a plate.
  8. Wipe down the skillet with a paper towel.
  9. Now add butter to a pan and melt it.
  10. Add in the flour and whisk until it starts to thicken.
  11. Add in the white wine and bring it to a boil for a minute.
  12. Add chicken broth and lemon juice.
  13. Whisk until the sauce has reduced.
  14. Add the fried chicken to the pan and garnish it with some parsley and sliced lemons.
